Home Business: Make Money On Your Computer
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to make money on your computer? As a freelance writer/researcher, I am actually lucky enough to be able to do that myself, and I wouldnt trade this job for the world. If you want to make money on your computer, its important to keep in mind that I did use the word job in referring to what I do. There is no such thing as free money, and any legitimate way to make money on your computer will involve actual work. But many freelance jobs are pretty easy, and nothing beats working from home.
One way to legitimately make money on your computer is to fill out online surveys. Companies spend huge amounts of money every year researching and developing new products, and part of the research end of things involves consumer feedback. The problem for these companies is that hardly anybody wants to take time out of their day to fill out a survey. Thats why companies are willing to pay you to do that–they need your opinion and they recognize its value.
The Smart Way to Make Money on Your Computer
Most companies that pay people to take their online surveys send out an average of three surveys per week. Each survey pays anywhere from $5 to $75, depending on how long it takes to be completed. So lets take the low end and say you are able to fill out three $10 surveys per hour–thats a pretty good paying job. And the best part is that you can do it from the comfort of your own home. Actually, you can do this job anywhere you find a computer with internet access, which is great for students who have an hour to kill between classes and can stop into the campus library.
You can also make money on your computer by signing up for focus groups and phone surveys. A reputable paying surveys company will include access to these types of companies in their deluxe membership (which should cost you no more than $50). Some companies want you to attend a film screening or eat at a new restaurant and then participate in a focus group to discuss your opinions on it. Focus groups usually take longer than online surveys but they pay significantly more, which makes the extra time worth it for many people.
